VPN Client 4.0.3 / IOS 12.3(2)T4

Is it possible to change the default timeout value for the Username/Password prompt? By default, the users has only 30 seconds to enter their credentials.

I found the IOS command "timeout login respond" wich do exactly what I want but it seems that this command can only be applied under Lines.
