From what I can gather for Brussels (checked from http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=48) you should need the following:

Modify system clock settings?[no]: yes

Use NTP?[yes]:

Modify NTP Server?[no]: yes

NTP Server IP Address[x.x.x.x]:

NTP Key ID[1]: 1 (can be anything if you NTP server does not require authentication)

NTP Key Value[1]: 1 (can be anything if you NTP server does not require authentication)

Modify summer time settings?[no]: yes

Recurring, Date or Disable?[Recurring]: Recurring

Start Month[apr]: March

Start Week[first]: last

Start Day[sun]: sun

Start Time[02:00:00]: 02:00:00

End Month[oct]: Oct

End Week[last]: last

End Day[sun]: sun

End Time[02:00:00]: 03:00:00

DST Zone[CET]: (Not sure about this field I think it's just a nametag for your timezone)

Offset[60]: 60 (Since your clock settings will add an hour during daylight savings)

Modify system timezone?[no]: yes

Timezone[CET]: (Not sure about this field I think it's just a nametag for your timezone)

UTC Offset[60]: 60 (Since Brussels is UTC+1)
