JTAPI Help

I’m programming a JTAPI application with CCM 3.3 which should get the external call number (caller) and terminal name which has been called and processes this one to other application.

Application is only interested in getting external calls and ignores all internal calls.

Does anybody have best practise on doing this kind of job.

Application runs and listens on call events. Observer is added to terminal objects.

Terminal[] term = provider.getTerminals();

observedTerminal.addCallObserver(new MollerInCallObserver());

It is about 200 -500 terminals that I add callObservers to, when application is being initialized and this number can grow.

I’m having problems when Call is transferred!

What are the best way to listen on this kind of events?

Since this is my first time programming JTAPI I would like to know if this is right way to do it, and if you could give any suggestions on improving the application.

I would appreciate if you can reach me at my email ([email protected]) so I can send you my java code.

Thanks in advance.
