How to upgrade Boot Flash

Hi..i have a AS5300 with this boot flash

BOOTLDR: 5300 Software (C5300-BOOT-M), Version 12.2(2)XA3, EARLY DEPLOYMENT RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

How can upgrade to a higher version or fix it..it keep crashing

How do you know it is due to your Boot Flash? When your router crashes, it stores all crashinfo files into bootflash (most models). If you haven't already, you need to look at the latest crashinfo file (open in notepad) and see what process is causing the crash (or at least what is going on when it crashed). You also may be able to retrieve this information from a 'show tech' if the router was not reloaded after the crash...
