I've been working on upgrading my Unity 402 to 403 for the past SIX HOURS and the upgrade is stuck on a step that isn't even listed in the upgrade instructions.
The CISCO Unity Installation and Configuration Assistant wants me to configure the integrations. (Step 5 on it's wizard page)
I already have all my integrations set but the wizard won't let me proceed to step 6, setup SSL.
Any thought how to get past step 5?

You can trick the Cisco Unity Installation Configuration Assistant by adding the following registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Active Voice\CUCA\UTIM
"HasCompleted" = a DWORD value of 1

Thanks. That's what I did following TAC's call back. What an ordeal I do not look forward to doing again.
