Which one do you believe? If you think the sensor time is incorrect you should try rebooting the sensor especially if you did not do so after modifing either offset. The sensor requires a reboot if the local time or summertime offset is changed (BTW, there has been a ddts bug written against this). This will time sync all sensor apps running on the sensor.
