I have found a problem with CSA.
I am connected to the CSA-MC via "remote desktop connection" - when I click on "analyse reports" in the "profiler" heading it does nothing - when I actually go to the physical machine, I can see the analyse report window, so it is not allowing me to see it over the remote terminal connection!
IS this a known problem or something I am doing incorrectly???

This same issue happens with the VPN client when used with Remote Desktop Connection. I switched to Remote Admin. www.radmin.com.

OK. My memory is a little fuzzy but I am pretty sure that a server that has the CSA MC loaded onto it is not supposed to be accessed via RDP for issues just like this. There should be a way to manage the server through https://servername:1742 or something close to that. Why not admin the CSA MC that way?

Come to think of it- thats right- when you install Common Servies it tells you to remove Terminal Services.
