1600 Router does not show T1 configuration

I have a configuration with two 1600 routers connected witha T1 line. I am passing voice and data through this line.

The funny thing is that the system is working(some problems which rarely causes voice distortion) but show running-config command does not show the T1 configuration at all. How can that be? How can the system work and not show the existence of the T1 equipment?

Another similar connection shows the T1 configuration.

Any explanation? Can this missing configuration cause the problems I am experiencing?

if your settings are all default then nothing will show up in he configs.

If you make a change (timeslots, encapsulation, etc.) it should appear.
