router doesn't get passed SNMP agent on host is undergoing a cold start

I have a 2503 and a 2501 router that both gets stuck at "SNMP agent on host is undergoing a cold start"

I'v had it running for about 30 minutes no changes, ios is 12.2.

I'm now learing cisco in case some of you are wondering, thanks for your help

Hello,

have any of these routers ever booted properly ? You either have a Flash (hardware) problem or an IOS bug. Can you post the entire boot sequence ?

You could try to install a different IOS version, using the ROMMON recovery procedure, here is the link:
