Port Spanning

Hi,

Is it possible to span a layer 3 source interface to another layer 3 destination interface of different subnet?

Are you speaking port spanning in the Switch or Router? You can monitor traffic with Network monitoring tools like Sniffer from particular source IP address to destination IP address which is on the different subnet. As far as I know, there is no provision to monitor with source and destination interfaces.
