Cisco 1750 can't see FXO

I have a 1750 router here with a VIC-2FXO-M1 card. Upon bootup, with the card in any slot, I received:

00:00:05: %PQUICC-1-UNKNOWN_WIC: PQUICC(0), WIC card has an unknown ID of 0x2B

I went through the Cisco tool to select the IOS I needed and installed c1700-sv3y-mz.122-27.bin so I'm now on:

IOS (tm) C1700 Software (C1700-SV3Y-M), Version 12.2(27), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3)

I still get the "unknown ID" error even though the tool at http://tools.cisco.com/Support/Fusion/FusionHome.do said it was supported.

Am I using the wrong IOS? I reset the thing to factory defaults and reloaded to find the same error.

According to the link below, VIC-2FXO-M1 on 1750 routers require 12.2(2)XJ. You seem to have a different version of IOS?

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps274/products_tech_note09186a00800b53c7.shtml

That doesn't appear to be available for download though.

It's not one of the bazillion releases here: http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/sw-ios.shtml

I can find a number of release notes and documentation for this release but nowhere to actually download the image!
