Sorry I corrected my question.

Can I enable portfast on all ports of a Catalyst 2950

by one command:

Config#spanning-tree portfast default

or I can only enable portfast on a per port basis.

Hello,

you can either use the global command 'spanning-tree portfast default', which will put all ports in portfast mode, or the interface command 'spanning-tree portfast' to enable portfast on a specific port.

Further, you can also use the 'interface range' command to configure portfast on a range of interfaces, e.g.:

interface range FastEthernet0/1 - 24
