CRA engine not starting

I did a co-resident intsall of CRA 3.5.3sr1 over ccm 4.1.3 sr1.

CRA engine is not starting after server restart. I have no problems with CCM, and CCM related services. I see the following in my event viewer.

1. Information: could register consolectrhandler in service main failed. The following operation completed sucessfully.

2. Information: RegQueryValueEx failed: Overlapped I/O operation is in progress.

3. Before setting status failed. The Operation completed sucessfully.

4. Information: Service starts pending

5. Information: Before starting jvm failed. The operation completed sucessfully.

6. Information: Before calling createvm failed.

I also installed the hotfix OS_HOTFIX_for_CCM4.x_co-res_CRS3.5.x

yet after restarting CRA is still failing to start. Any help is appreciated

i think according to ur 5th information message in event viewer.

Information: Before starting jvm failed. The operation completed sucessfully.

there is problem with ur Java Virtual machine. that apply needs a look. try to reinstall it.
