How to fix ART after database deletion

While in the process of trying to get ART database back under 1.5GB, someone decided to delete the ART database in SQL and create a new database, called ART.

This obviously has not worked, and as a result, the ART interface will no longer work.

I wish therefore to uninstall and re-install ART, but have been unable to find any way of doing so. Documentation from cisco suggests that there should be some sort of uninstall link in the start menu, but there is not. Similarly there is no uninstall link in the Add/Remove programs icon of the Call Manager.

This is a Call Manager 3.2.2c if that makes any difference.

The ART database was backed up before it was deleted if that helps, but I think that once I have uninstalled and reinstalled ART, a new one will be created and it should all work again (hopefully).

Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

it should be in start -> settings -> add remove programs -> CAR.

If you do not find it there, try


Otherwise, can you try to install on top of what you already have?
