IPM supported SSL access as of Release 2.6 (May 2005). See the "What's New" reference here: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/ipmcw2k/cipm26/install/whatnew.htm

That said, it relies on the CiscoWorks Common Services web server (see "TCP and UDP ports used" reference here: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/ipmcw2k/cipm26/install/prepinst.htm).

To configure your CW server to use https, refer to the documentation at : http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/cw2000/cw2000_d/comser22/usrguide/cmsrvall/admin.htm#1025568. Note that SSL is NOT enabled by default on a CW installation.
