IPSEC tunnel with PIX 515E and a 3Com Office Connect

I have a Cisco PIX 515E that currently has IPSec connections running on it. When I add another IPSec Tunnel to a 3Com VPN/Firewall it cannot complete a connection. What questions do you need answered to help?

On the PIX, enable the following debugs and post them here.

debug crypto isakmp

debug crypto ipsec

Try to initiate the tunnel and then capture the debugs. Don't forget to let us know the IPs of the PIX and the 3COM device so that we can read the debugs.
