Broke RTMT

It was working and we decided to do some housekeeping on our cluster by disabling some unneeded services (CMI, CDR Insert on Subs and Serviceability Reporter). Also, I disabled IIS on the Subs.

All seems to be working well otherwise, but RTMT no longer is getting stats. IIS is still on on the Pub and it does not display stats there either... the only service not running is CMI.

CM is 4.1(3)sr1.

Any thoughts? From the explanation of the services I found, none would have me think this would break.

As far as I know RTMT only relies on the RIS Data Collector service. You can try restarting this service on all nodes to see if RTMT starts working. Restarting this service is not service affecting.
