I johnyoon75, i have met a similar problem but using CCM. My scenario is the following:

Phone(A)---PBX---(FXO)GW---CCM---IPPhone

When i make a call, the IPPhone rings but do not answer (go off-hook). But when i go on-hook in the analog phone the IPPhone continues ringing infinitely, until i go off-hook on it.

The thing is that i have been searching in the web about this problem and i have found nothing. But, another problem gives me an idea, it was the "hookflash relay". It says that using the command "connection plar opx XXX" allows me to pass the hookflash from the analog phone.

With this configuration in the voice port and deleting a wrong configuration of " dtmf-relay cisco-rtp h245-alphanumeric" in the dial-peer voip i could solve the problem.

I hope my case could gives you a help, if not, i hope you can solve it.

Best regards...
