MGCP configs in IOS 12.4

I have a T1 PRI and I was trying to put the command "isdn bind-l3 ccm-manager" under the serial interface, but there is no such a command. All I have is "isdn bind-l3 backhaul/iua-backhaul". Do I still need to put this command? If yes, what is the command? Thanks.

The command is found in 12.4T. What version of 12.4 are you using?

I am using 12.4(1a). BTW, I am using 7200VXR. I read a post in Netpro last night saying it is not supported to configure MGCP with CCM.
