Exchange 2003 and Unity

We are installing a brand new Unity server. Is it a supported configuration to install Active Directory, Exchange 2003 and Unity (The latest version) on the same server. I just recall at some point I saw an article that said this is not a supported configuration.

No, that's not a supported configuration.


Having everything on one box like that is only supported for small VM only deployments and 2003 is not supported for VM only at all (either on or off box) at this point for VM only.


As an aside, in general having SQL, Excahnge, AD and Unity all stuffed onto one box should be avoided unless there's simply no other choice or it's a very small deployment.
