Do revert about the local lan subnets and the ip address being assigned to all 4 links by the SP.

Also whether all the 4 links are connected on the same router (2811) or on different routers ?

in normal scenario where u gotta 4 links on the same router since its gonna be simple internet traffic outgoing traffic can be placed over all the 4 links as per your requirement.

For that we need to have 4 static routes without any admin distance attached to it.

that will take care of putting ur load on all the 4 links since the router will see 4 equal cost links to go out.
