If you mean on Callmanager then go to System->Date/Time and you can modify the format there.

yes I already know that, but what I want is in the format dd-mm-yyyy (4 digit for the year!!!)

System- click on Date Time then you will see Date Format. Click the drop down menu you will see what you looking for.

The only format available use 2 digit for the year, what I want is 4 digit : DD-MM-YYYY

Oh i see. Ok the only thing you can do is leave a feedback to cisco company and give your opinion regarding your option.


They may upgrade this option maybe in next CCM version if they feel to do so.


You can also email and let them know if they can customised that particular drop down option for you perhaps you will get some patch from them.

You can also edit this file datetimegroup.asp according to your needs. If you know bit about web programming. But i am not sure whether the file will update to your needs or not. But still you can still before you try take a backup of that file

Hi


Just know i did you can customised no need to contact cisco. Ok here are the instructions.

1. Go to start

2. Click on Search

3. Then Files or Folder

4. Type the file name "datetimegroup.asp" click on search now button search result will find "datetimegroup.asp" for you.

5. Right click that file, open that file with notepad

6. Press ctrl F (find window will open)

7. In Find window type - [email protected]@Y then click find next

button.

8. Then replace the format to [email protected]@YYYY and save

the file

9. Then goto CCM Admin page Click on Systems-

DatetimeGroup-Add new group.

10.There you go you can see in the drop down menu.

Everyone will be laughing
