VMS RouterMC Device Import for VPN 3000 Concentrator Fails

Unanswered Question

I have been unable to import a VPN 3000 Concentrator into VMS Management Center for VPN Routers. When importing the device it requests an enable password for the VPN. I would assume that this parameter is ignored if the VPN does not have an enable password. However, at the end of the import I receive the following error - Error: 1. Error logging into the device. Your enable password might be incorrect or there might be an error in the enable prompt (see Troubleshooting Import Problems in the online help for details).


Any ideas?
