pc to phone/phoneserv problem with pix 506

my customer is using pc to phone software for calling. everything is well without the firewall.

ive just installed the pix 506 and since then he cannot use the pc to phone as well as the phoneserv calling software.

there is no access-list at all on the firewall so i assumed everything is allowed going out..

what seem to be the prob.

verify whether all voip-related fixup protocols have been applied.
