Nokia D211 adapter fails with Cisco AP123G

Is there any reason why Nokia D211 adapter fails radionetwork connectivity with Cisco AP1231G?

WLAN-network is working fine when Cisco AP1231G has connectivity with Cisco PCMCIA 350 adapter(802.11b standard)

Also, integrated LapTop wlan-circuit(like Intel's) has connectivity with Acces Point.

Cisco AP1231G(ETSI) is running IOS 12.2(15)JA

no encyption enabled

Check the compatability with NOKIO and Cisco. Check the parameters will match the configuration which you did in the cards.

Hello

go first for newer ios software.

Try to setup a fix channel (1 to 11) and dont use the best throughput options for the datarate.

Some clients have trouble with it.
