Problem with call transfer CCM to CME

I have integrated via intrucluster trunk (no gatekeeper contr.) our CCM with a remote CME, but we a little problem with the call transfer. In particolar when I call (From CCM) a phone registrated on CME and he forward my call to another CME phone, on the display of my phone I always see the name the first called person.

There isn't this problem when a CME phone call me and I try to transfer it to another CCM phone.

This trouble is normal because its a limit of CME or its a real problem?
