CM Topology services - Port attributes on Cat6k

Unanswered Question

When displaying the Port Attributes of a Catalyst 6k the displayed values of the speed and duplex do not reflect the real settings on the switch configuration itself. A Reload or Refresh does not help. Is this normal?

Via CiscoView the settings are correctly displayed.

How is the Port Attributes view updated?

Other type of switches do not seem to have this problem.

Which command are you using to view the port attributes.? Because the port attribute should be displayed correctly. Also what is the firmware version running on the Cat 6K? If it is not the latest version upgrade it to the latest version. This should solve the issue.

I'm not using a command.

I'm using the CiscoWorks Campus Manager Topology Services.

I think this port status is only updated when Campus Manager is running it's scheduled Data Collection or Device Discovery.
