bars restore error

ccm 3.33 Bars 4.05. Trying to restore, however it gave the following error: error1219, the credentials supplied conflic with an existing set of credentials. the username and password is same as the one we do backup for sure. Any idea what else could be?

This is a windows error. On the command-prompt, do net use to see if you have mapped resources. So if you have z-drive mapped to a network-share, do net use z: /delete

Thanks hinho. I don't have mapped drive actuallly. what else we can do?
