Folks,
We have 2 6500's working in failover mode at the core. They are running CATOS at the present time.
My question is can i implement IOS modularity on them at the present time.
I have SUP 720's.
Would i have to move to Native for IOS modularity or cisco will be bringing supoort for CATOS.
Also, has some tested IOS Modularity are there any bugs i need to be aware off, should i wait.
I am surely grade this post. I would appreciate if someone could give me their honest opinion.
Thanks

IOS modularity is not supported in Hybrid(CAT OS). You need to run Native IOS. The following pages should help
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps708/products_qanda_item0900aecd80313e1f.shtml
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps708/products_promotion0900aecd80312844.html
I have not done any testing myself, so cannot speak for bugs. If there are any, let us know and we will get them addressed.

No current plans for CAT OS or Sup1a/Sup2.
