CAR supports toll rates for different destinations for billing??

Does CAR - CDR Analysis and Reporting tool support rates for different destinations? (ie. different countries?).

A customer of mine wants to be able to actually compute long distance rates based on destination for specific users/departments.

Is this supported in CAR?

I don't believe its supported, there appears to be only a base rate, is that it?

Totally correct Paul,

Unfortunately, we filed this "DDTS" more like a feature enhancement to track the issue:

CSCdu50004

Art uses a single billing rate for all calls. This is a feature request for the ability to charge different rates for local,longdistance, and international calls.

This one is currently in a 'postponed' status, it appears to be a feature request that has not been of high priority.

I widely recommend you to use a third party tool.
