Hi,

Under circumstances where no IP Phone and Call Manager has prepared, how developed application can be tested?

Currently I am asking one professional application company to develope IP phone application and no official partner contract with them at the moment.

Cisco has one?

Considering past experience of myself and many others on this board, I cannot stress enough how important testing in a real environment is. Different phones act differently and even the same phone can act differently depending on which load is used.

There is a call manager simulator in the IP Phone SDK, which supports all Cisco IP phones, including the IP Communicator, which is a softphone and very similar to the 7970 hardphone. But if you want to ensure the application will work properly on your equipment, there's no way around the real thing (the simulator didn't allow the use of all the features back in the day - I don't know if that has changed since but I have moved to a real CCM).
