Hi,

I can't seem to find such trivial info as port numbering scheme on the 3560G-24 and 3560G-48 anywhere. Does anyone know the port numbers for the 4 SFP ports on these two 3560G models?

Thanks.

I would think those are labelled gi 0/1, 2 3 and 4.

Since these switches are not stacakable like 3750s, they should not follow the slot/module/port format.(for ex: 1/0/1 etc).

Thanks. Yes, I'm quite aware that they does not follow the 3750 numbering scheme. What I was not sure about was whether the SFPs "share ASICs" with the copper ports.

Based on your response, should I then presume that we can only use EITHER the SFPs OR the first 4 copper ports?

Thanks.
