Need Application based LSPs. L4VPN?

I would like to create LSP based upon not only IP but also application. This is required to load balance multiple links.

I would like my FTP data to traverse one LSP and all rest to traverse another LSP. How can I do this?

How about creating two TE tunnels and policy routing to one with ftp traffic?
