In CM Admin page, go to Application - BAT - Configure - Phones - Update Lines - enter the phones, or add a blank query to select all - the Busy Trigger setting is on the bottom left.
you are correct, however BAT will not change shared lines....Wish there was a way to change the default from 2 to 1 then I would not have to worry about as this customer will not use Call Waiting...Still have 20 sites to configure
