What can i check when i cant have senders adress in emails which have come from RME. E.g. when i get alarm generated by automated action.(when err disable error occurs i got alarm in email but there is no senders adress.)

Look at the sample email action.
sampleEmailScript.pl -text_message $M -email_ids your e-mail address -subject Subject of the mail -from your name -smtp your smtp server name
