I'm trying to clarify a few points. Because all the various versions of ACS upgrades seem to have very specific release notes about previous versions that can be upgraded from, how do we go about getting the Intermediate releases?

When we purchase an new version of ACS (full or upgrade P/N) you only seem to get the new version, not the necessary Intermediate versions. For example, I am faced with 2 customer upgrades:

1 from 3.0(1)build40 to 3.3

1 from 3.1(1)build27 to 3.3

Neither are supported as direct upgrades to 3.3, and I can't seem to find downloadable Intermediate patches. Unless we just happen to have the Intermediate disks are we faced with buying those versions just to perform an upgrade? Or am I missing something here?
