Using Unity Live Recording with mobilephones

Has anyone tried to use Unity Live Recording to record mobile calls? Theoretically it should work, but has anyone tried it?

The scenario is that a journalist is calling someone and says that he/she wants to record this interview, he/she then conferences in the Unityport and records the call.

Hi -

We have not implemented this, but from what I understand of the feature, it requires integration with Unity and CallManager using a CTI route point that forwards to voicemail and a Unity routing rule that routes the incoming call to Live Record. In your example, the journalist on the mobile phone would have to call a person using an IP phone. The person on the IP phone would have to invoke the Live Record by using the Confrn soft key to dial the CTI route point. The recording would go to the IP phone user's inbox. Here is a link to the instructions - http://www.ciscounitytools.com/HelpFiles/LiveRecord405/LiveRecordAppNote.htm
