Thanks for your help Georg.

But today there is a disaster, some one hacked into my router and changed my password, some more, denied all out going traffic. My company network was down for the whole day. Bad luck is today I have an exam, just got time to reset the router at about 8 pm, finally get the router up in 9. I curse the people who changed my password.

My problem still persist, my need some further help from you guys.

Hi Caleb,

time to implement some security features there! The most secure one that I would recommend is of course to de-activate the telnet possiblity and just allow console login. You are then pretty safe!

Otherwise, if you want to keep telnet login, please consider secure shell login only + access-list on telnet allowing only your PC to log! This site will tell you everything on how to do it!

Good luck!
