Hello there,

I changed the onhold music on our IPTel environment and changed the

settings for the device pool to this new onhold music file.

Unfortunately, we use Device Profiles for the users so they logon to the

phones. After the reset of the device pool, the device profiles don't

pickup the new on hold music so please advise on how to change all

device profiles in one batch.

I'm using CCM version 3.3

Do i have to use BAT?
