Getting information about configured devices

Is there any smart way to have information when devices are really configured. Now i am trying to use automated action(rme4.0.2-tools-syslog.)

I have configured rme send email when syslog message CONFIG_I appears. Problem is that when you enter conf terminal in devices and "come back" without configuring you got CONF_I and rme send email. So lot of unnecessary emails. Any experience. I want email only if device is really configured.(running/startup config changed)

check the following link, table 14-2 shows the list of messages that trigger a config fetch, this should help you to define the automated action for config change :
