Hello,
this could be a problem with your physical memory. Can you open the box and reseat the memory modules (DRAM & Flash) ? Or better yet, if you have new memory available, replace the memory and load a new IOS ?

hi,
I have run your error through Cisco's Outut interpreter with the following results.
ERROR: The message 'Machine Check Exception' is displayed due to a hardware issue.
TRY THIS: If a new module has been recently installed, first try to remove it to
verify whether it is responsible for the error interrupt. If the error interrupt
persists, try to re-seat all removable components. If no changes like IOS upgrade
or hardware replacement are made and the error message appears continuously replace
the hardware.
