i want to replace the destination addres of a packet by another destination , if that possible i want to have sample of configuration ( i have router 3640

Try the following:
interface
ip nat inside
!
interface
ip nat outside
!
ip nat outside source static
Also be sure that you have a route to the external(NATTED) address on your router or this will not work.

you can use the "ip nat inside destination" command.
