Is there a way to change the From field:

instead of Unity_<SERVERNAME>, i want to specify another account.

No - the messaging account Unity creates for this purpose is special and you can't point us at a different account. You can change the display name on the account if you wish but we must use that account.

The problem I have is that Unity is in our child domain, so when I configure Message Notification it gets rejected from external VM servers since our child domain is not valid in Internet:

Unity_@sales.mydomain.com

My Unity is VM only, does TAC support setting up masquerading in our Exchange or what could be other solution?
