Telephona Adapter Recommendations

I have a PIX 501 and I was thinking of adding VOIP. Are there any thoughts on what would be a better match with the PIX 501: the Cisco ATA-186 or the Linksys Telephone Adapter?

Also I noticed that there are several ports that must be forwarded in order to use the VOIP. Where in the PDM interface are the required TPC and UDP ports entered as required by the telephone adapter?

I don't think it is a good idea to compare between them.I have a document that speaks about ATA-186.Hope this might be useful for you.
