Upload/Insert Attachment in Webmail with Firewall 7.0

Expert,

We have some difficulties when upload or put attachment on webmail (gmail, yahoo, hotmail)...Download or Browsing is fine.

Do you know any idea where we need to look ? Access list has permit any any...

It may be related to some MTU issues in most of the cases.Is ur ping connectivity to these sites working fine ? are you able to ping these sites properly without any drops ?

Also can you revert the kinda connectivity you have in place there to go out to the internet..(whether T1 or PPPOE)

hi, yes i can ping to these sites, browse and download...the issue is when try to upload it takes very long time before time out. we use t1 connection. and set mtu 1500 for all interface.
