We couldn't access our 3.13 webadmin anymore. Still working on with Cisco TAC. Meantime we still have to fix user issue. One of subscribers was configured to send to voicemail directly. IS there a way I can change it to ring phone without accessing unity web page? Thanks

Are you sure your phone system isn't set up to Forward All calls to voicemail? If so you should be able to access the phone system (CCM, etc) not Unity to correct.
Hope this helps.

He has DID number, when people call his number directly, rings then no answer will go to voicemail. However if call the unity opening greeting and transfer to his phone, it goes to vm. It for sure is unity transfer configuation issue.

Open Bulk Edit, and select the subscriber.
On the page that has LOTS of tabs, select Transfer-tab.
These are the two options to choose if you want to transfer to subscriber's extension
1) Enable Transfer, set to True
2) Check Set Transfer number to be the subscriber's extension

This could be one of 2 things.
if the users phone is set to call foward all to voice mail You would change that in Callmanager. And that can be done in the GUI, on th phone, or if things have gone really bad in SQL.
If you are tring to change the properties of Subscribers in Unity and the unity SA web stops working. You can try the Unity Bulk Edit. When you select the users only check off the subscriber you wish to change. then you can pretty much adjust any of the properties of that users as you would in the saweb. If you are still having problems Tac can help you to use the bulk edit tool.

Actually in this case, it is only one thing. If the caller tries to transfer from Opening Greeting, he goes straight to vm, which is the default setting for a new subscriber. As he is not able to get to SaWeb, Bulk Edit is the workaround for his issue.

Thanks guys. For some reason bulk edit even couldn't run on the server, it gave error message. I found the other way now, which is to access the user mailbox from phone and go to setup menu to change transfer.

Your SA wont run, PCA wont run and BulkEdit gives you an error?! Your system is in seriously bad shape - I hope you have a backup.
What error did BulkEdit give you? It only checks for a few things at startup including Unity version (if that fails your registry is hosed) and connections to tables in the UnityDB database (if that fails you are in very big trouble).
