Hi,I want to confirm whether NM-1A-OC3SMI can support CBWFQ? Could you give me a response or give me a web link?Thanks for your help.

Hello again,

Yes. The way it works is that a separate hold-queue is created per-VC. CBWFQ then works as a software queueing method before this hold-queue when there is congestion on the sub-interface (VC).
