Is there any advantage/disadvantage to using mapping an account using grantunityaccess tool to the eadmin account or the installer account?

Both seem to work fine. Eadmin is an actual AD account whereas the installer account is an internal account that always has the proper permissions.

just curious.

The installer windows account is typically disabled after unity installation because it has too much rights for some administrators. The Example Administrator has all the permissions within SaWeb. However in the case of user creation and import, the account doing the work is actually the dir service account.
