Hi

Once you login onto the network are you able to ping 10.0.11.1 ip which is the local ethernet ?

Also are you able to ping the tunnel interface ip ? can you revert which is the other end of the tunnel where(82.189.xx.xx) its gets terminated ?

Can you add a route for the ip pool network in the remote destination towards the tunnel and chek ?

I feel that may be the only problem out here with the network.you arent having the reverse route for the ip pool configured in the remote network.
