We are using CSS 11506 running 7.5 to load balance 2 web servers and SSL termination on CSS.

The application does alot of redirects using Java withing HTML. The users are experiencing intermittant errors accessing the application. For example, the application allows to upload file to the web server. This function fails 20% and displayes the error message "page not found". The developers use "Charles" application for troubleshooting the application and found that the client is getting this error "java exception error EOF, connection reset by the server".

The configuration is simple SSL termination on CSS with backend http load balancing 2 web servers.

We need help in troubleshooting the problem.
